§ 17B-2a-1102. Definitions. (Effective 5/13/2014)

As used in this part, "municipal services" means:

(1) one or more of the services identified in Section 17-34-1 or 17-36-3; and

(2) any other municipal-type service provided in the district that is in the interest of the district.
